After graduating from TED Ankara College and Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, she completed her specialization  in Microbiology and Clinical Microbiology and doctorate degrees in Medical Biology and Genetics at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine and another  doctoral education in Clinical Psychology in an international program.She is interested on Molecular Microbiology.She is the director of Gazi Hospital Molecular Microbiology Laboratory. She is interested on microbiota and modulation, microbiome, metagenome analyses, probiotics, prebiotics, postbiotics and personalised gut microbiome analysis and modulation. She’s working as Professor at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine.She is a founding member and Chairman of the Board of the Microbiota and Probiotics Association (MikroBiyom). She is the Project Director of the Turkish Probiotic Guide (www.probiyotikrehberi.com). Her special interest is on personalized gut, vaginal microbiome analysis and modulation which is one of the personalized treatment approaches and the determination of personalized chronic disease preventive medicine disease. She has a registered microbiome analyses and microbiome product system called myBIOTIC which can be brought to the forefront in the healthiest life and the most prominent. There are personalized microbiome analyses, probiotic, pre and postbiotic product development and consultancy studies.
