Prof. Dr. Nafiye Fulya KALFAOĞLU İLHAN
I was born in Ankara in 1965. I completed my primary, secondary, and high school education at Ankara Bahçelievler Primary School and Ankara Bahçelievler Experimental High School, respectively. I graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1989. I am married, a mother of two children, and a grandmother of one grandchild. I completed my compulsory service at Ankara Numune Hospital Emergency Department. I worked as a general practitioner at Ankara 100th Anniversary Health Center and Dikmen No. 5 Family Health Center. Simultaneously, I completed my PhD in Medical Microbiology in 1998. I worked as an Assistant Professor at Fırat University School of Health Sciences, and also served as the Deputy Director and Head of the Midwifery Program. I completed my second doctorate in Basic Immunology at Fırat University Department of Immunology in 2004. I received the title of Associate Professor in the same department in 2007 and Professor in 2012. I am currently working as a professor in the same department. I began my homeopathy education in 2013 and completed the certified homeopathy training program in 2017. I have written numerous research papers and review articles, and conducted projects in both my main fields and homeopathy. I have authored books, presented at conferences, and given lectures. I provide certified homeopathy training. I received the TÜBA Award for University Book of the Year for the book we translated in the field of immunology. I am a member of the Turkish Immunology Society, the Turkish Microbiology Society, the Transplantation Immunology and Genetics Society, and the Homeopathy Society.
